Our sites may be accessed via paid accounts. While certain features are provided free of charge we reserve the right to change our free and paid features at any time. We also reserve the right to modify and update our terms and conditions.

Conditions Governing Usage
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any of our sites at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. If your access is suspended or terminated, you have no rights to your existing data and you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any remuneration or compensation of any kind.

Custom Requirements
For Custom requirements which requires client specific modifications or client specific deployments where the service needs to run in client environment, client is responsible to maintain the service in client environment.

Fees
By signing up for an account you agree to be charged either annually or monthly based upon your initial signup date. Once a renewal is processed, no refunds will be provided for any reason. If your renewal payment fails, you will no longer have any rights under this Agreement related to your previously purchased data including the right to manage your quizzes, until you are in good payment standing. Failure to renew a subscription in a timely manner (prior to the date of annual renewal) will result in loss of access and historical data.

Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase of services (such as sales tax).

Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation is immediate and is not reversible and must be initiated prior to the expiration of any Term to avoid fees associated with renewal

Warranties and Limitations
We provide our Services "as-is". We provide no express warranties, guarantees, or conditions related to the Sites or Services.

Information Access
Access to customer information is restricted within our business to the bare minimum of staff required. Access is granted only when it is required in order to support or perform core duties. We will never share or sell or otherwise disclose any data collected for any purpose.

Further Information
Flashcards deemed to be offensive, illegal or defamatory may be removed at our sole discretion. If you have a complaint about a specific flashcard please contact us via the email below and make sure you send us the link.
